About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Fairday app and website, provided under the name Fairday (“we”, “us”). By using Fairday, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@fairday.si.

What Fairday provides

Fairday displays weather forecasts and related information and suggests clothing based on forecast conditions and your comfort preferences. Plans interprets an activity and time window using local rules. Review the interpreted times and locations before relying on a recommendation. Features and availability may change, including during beta testing.

Website availability requests — added October 7, 2026

Joining the waitlist asks Fairday to email you once when it is available. It does not create an app account, guarantee a release date or access, or enrol you in a newsletter or ongoing promotions. Provide your own name and email address. You can cancel the request or request deletion by contacting support@fairday.si. Our Privacy Policy explains how we record and handle the request.

Weather and clothing guidance

Forecasts, radar, air quality and alerts may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Feels like for you is a comfort estimate, not a measurement of your body temperature. Clothing recommendations are general suggestions, not medical advice or a guarantee of comfort or safety. Fairday is not an emergency warning service. Do not rely on it as your only source of information during severe weather or other hazardous conditions. Follow official local warnings and use your judgment. Demonstration weather and test notifications are not live forecasts or real alerts.

Optional weather alerts

Alerts require a signed-in account, enabled alert preferences and notification permission. They depend on forecast coverage, backend availability, internet connectivity and Apple’s delivery services. iOS notification settings, Focus modes and other device conditions can affect how they appear. Alerts are checked periodically, not continuously; duplicate-prevention rules and delivery limits may suppress repeated notifications. We cannot guarantee that every change will trigger an alert or that an alert will arrive before conditions change. You can turn alerts off in Fairday or iOS Settings.

Your account

Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information where required. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Apple and Google sign-in are subject to the providers’ own terms. Demo sign-in, where available, is a local preview and does not create a real provider account.

Acceptable use

Use Fairday lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, distribute malicious content, or misuse its infrastructure. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Content and third-party services

Fairday’ branding, illustrations and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms permit ordinary personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership of its content. Third-party weather, maps, authentication, notification and hosting services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Signing out does not delete your account. You can permanently delete your account from Your account → Delete account after confirmation. Apple-linked accounts require confirmation of the linked Apple account. You can also contact support@fairday.si for help; we may verify ownership before acting.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or the accuracy of third-party information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Changes and ending use

You may stop using Fairday at any time. We may update features or these terms, and will provide notice when required by law. Material updates will be identified by a new date on this page. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account.

Official severe weather alerts

Fairday may display alerts issued by weather authorities and supplied through Apple WeatherKit. Coverage, timing and availability vary. An alert can apply to a wider area or a future period and may differ from the current forecast at your location. Check the full official details, affected area, times and instructions. These alerts and related push notifications are not guaranteed to reach you and do not replace emergency services or the issuing authority’s warning channels.
